Welcome to Resilience Tech

Get the conversation going! Connect with others interested in resilience tech! This network is for all of you—designers, developers, practitioners, researchers, educators, marketers—who want tech to help people thrive by fostering compassionate connections, amplifying purpose and meaning, and empowering positive action.

Got a resilience-promoting idea to contribute? Looking for a designer to translate concepts into app storyboards? Want to partner with a developer to build a prototype? Have an app to promote? Looking for help in validating your intervention? Then this is the place for you.

Here’s a few tips on how to use the network:

  • Product Showcase: Don’t be shy! If you have a product that is already developed to enhance resilience, our community needs to know about it.
  • Forum: Got ideas to share? Want to learn about the latest science on human resilience? Get the conversation started here.
  • Guidelines: Like every good host, we want you to be comfortable and engaged, but we’ve got some house guidelines. Please read them so we can all make the most of this space.

Have a question or suggestion about how we can make Resilience Tech better or more meaningful for you? Send an email to resiliencetech@hopelab.org. We want to make this network as effective and useful as possible and welcome your input!

Finally, allow me to introduce the Network moderators. Each of them has a lot of experience in human resilience science and in creating and developing products to improve health and well-being:

This network has been created by HopeLab, a nonprofit private operating foundation based in Redwood City, California. HopeLab’s Resilience Initiative seeks to develop tech tools to improve people’s ability to bounce back from adversity.
